Cancellation Process by Product or Insurance Carrier:
Allstate Benefits Accident and Critical Illness Insurance:
Employees that wish to cancel their coverage may do so by logging into Drexel Voluntary Benefits; going to the Allstate Benefits Accident or Critical Illness Insurance page; clicking the enrollment link; and choosing "Cancel." Employees may also contact customer service at 1-888-935-9595.
Genworth Long Term Care Insurance:
You may cancel your coverage at any time by sending written notice to Genworth Life at their administrative office.
The effective date of the cancellation will be the later of:
- the cancellation date requested by you;
- the first day of the calendar month following the date Genworth Life receives your written request; or
- the date Genworth Life receives your written request.
This cancellation will not affect any claim for covered expenses incurred before the effective date of the cancellation.

Liberty Auto and Home Insurance
To make any changes to your policies, including cancellations or changes to payment options, please contact Liberty Mutual directly at 1-800-298-8018 or call a local office which you can find at www.libertymutual.com. Please reference your policy number, which can be found in your insurance policy. States have different requirements based on DOI regulations.
Nationwide Pet Health Insurance
Policyholders may cancel a policy at any time by contacting Nationwide directly at 1-877-738-7874 or optionally, by notifying Nationwide in writing via fax at 1-714-989-0537, or mail at P.O. Box 2344, Brea, CA 92822, or online at the Policyholder Portal.
